Tour cancellation insurance

Purchasing trip cancellation insurance allows customers to receive a refund for a tour when a customer must cancel a tour for reasons covered by this insurance. Trip cancellation insurance costs 7,5% of the total listed price of the tour including supplements like motorcycle upgrades, single room requests and passenger costs.

A security deposit of 2000 Euro must be paid to MTE at the beginning of the motorcycle rental period. The deposit will be held until the undamaged motorcycle is returned in acceptable condition. 

MTE offers two insurance options, 'VIP insurance' and 'Super VIP Insurance'. 

In case of ‘VIP Insurance’ (for a fixed fee of 25 EUR per day), security deposit (deductible) is lowered to 500 Euro and must be paid to MTE at the beginning of the motorcycle rental period. The deposit will be held until the undamaged motorcycle is returned in acceptable condition. Optionally, in case of ‘Super VIP Insurance’ (for a fixed fee of 35 EUR per day), security deposit (deductible) is lowered to zero. 

Vip and Super Vip Insurances are available for tours and rentals of 7 days or more.

...extremely happy that I did. All my expectations were exceeded from the route to the tour guide. My tour guide was Igor, and he was fantastic. Always checking on us and putting extra effort in to ensure our adventure was excellent. The routes selected were unbelievable! The hotels were more than you would expect for a tour company. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and nice to deal with. The food was outstanding, including several four-course and five-course meals. I could not have been happier with Moto Tours Europe and hope to schedule a different tour next year. You cannot go wrong riding with Moto Tours Europe.

...logistics in hand; and fantastic accommodation along the way. The route and scenery was varied and spectacular, far exceeding already high expectations. What stood out however with Moto Tours Europe was the high care factor. Good local intel and support makes such a difference when touring on limited time. Our tour guide Robert, who clearly loves his country and riding in the region, was simply brilliant. He could read and respond to our groups capabilities, was flexible to suggestions and firm when he needed to be. Meals and drinks (included) was such a pleasant experience given the great places we ate at that you would struggle to find on your own. Our touring companions (now friends) from the US and New Zealand were on a similar wavelength. We all had a ball. Small group touring with Moto Tours Europe is the way to go.

His combined knowledge of local history, food, languages & religion while leading a group of riders through some spectacularly scenic landscapes, was very much appreciated. The accommodation was fantastic & diverse as were the roads we travelled. Part way through the tour, due to a landslide and poor weather forecast, the itinerary was adapted to suit. ...describe the trip, it just blew me away. This is run by motorcycle enthusiasts who have grown up in Croatia. Bob our tour guide was awesome. He took us on beautiful back roads with breathtaking scenery. Pulled into cafes you could not find yourself during the day.4 star accommodation then a meal at a local restaurant. The restaurant\'s he chose showcased the regional foods.Bob usually picked a platter with local wine and sweets. This was mouthwatering. This was all inclusive. You only paid extra if you wanted more drinks. This is not your usual corporate run trip with a bored tour guide. You can tell the people who run this trip love there country and want to share the best bits.I was very concerned about riding in countries with different road regulations and the right lane. Bob said just follow and do as I do. There was no concern at all.Do not hesitate if you are thinking of doing this tour, you will be more than happy. ...roads Robert chose were great riding from the beautiful curvy mountain roads to the awesome coastal highways. He stayed on the less traveled roads through small villages and towns and historical sites. The accommodations and food greatly exceeded my expectations and I can\'t say enough about the countries we visited. All I can say is wow!! Robert was a great guide, full of historical information, funny and will point you in the right direction when making your lunch and dinner selections. I would put this tour at the top of your bucket list, don\'t miss it!!
